7th Annual Paula Pirnstill Memorial
Health & Safety Fair

This registration form is Only for those
in the Medical or Safety Field

The event will be held in the Farwell High School
Cafetorium/Gymnasium.  The "Youth Fair" will be held
in the former High School Gym.  Rooms will also be
available for those who require privacy.  As aways
there is no charge to participate in this event and there
will be no selling at the Fair. Thank you for your
cooperation and participation!

This is for all the Vendors that will be set up at the Fair.  Those in the
Medical and Safety Fields are the ones we are asking to fill out this
