Holiday "Lights" Festival November 12, 2011

The Holiday "Lights" Festival is just around the corner. We have many of the traditional events planned: A Visit
with Santa at the High School, The Reindeer in the Park, The Gingerbread Contest, The "Lights" Parade down
Main street followed by the Holiday Dinner with the Silent Auction Finale at the High School. New this year is:
Making Lit Reindeer Antlers at the Sweet Spot in Eagle Pharmacy, Decorating a Cookie at Deb & Jesse's Down
Home Diner when you purchase a Kids Meal (12 and under) and Family Pictures in the Village Boardroom (an
8x10 for $8.00). Please mark your calendar for November 12th, 2011 for this all day event. If you have any

We would like to invite you to participate in The "Lights" Parade. This is an opportunity for you, your business
or your organization to promote yourself while showing your Holiday Spirit. The rules for the parade are simple
as 1,2,3 & 4:
1. All Entries Must Have Lights
2. NO Live Santa's
3. NO Open Flames
4. All Entries Must Register
This year's theme is "A Country Christmas". Everyone is welcome to enter the parade. There is no fee to enter
the parade, unless you want to be judged. The entry fee for judged entries is $5.00. The winner of the judged
entries will receive a trophy. Below you will find a link to the parade entry form that can be mailed to the
F.A.C.C. (PO Box 771 Farwell MI 48622.) If you know of another business or organization that would be
interested in participating in the parade, please pass this website along to them. We look forward to seeing you
on November 12th for all of the day's activities.
